Sub Zero Ice Cream Stuffed Jumbo Cupcakes

I just can't do it--fondant over buttercream? --No way!!! Not on my watch! Buttercream is definitely more difficult to handle, but we're all about style AND flavor. Cakes are meant to be EATEN. Ah, and what could be more glorious than God's own art; fresh flowers? It's the new fad--no settling for ordinary or average; make it extraordinary.

Another festive summer is rolling on, and we feel privileged to share in the celebrations serving up sweet mouthfuls of happy! The featured wedding cake is 3 layers of moist, dark chocolate cake coated in chocolate ganache, and covered in our heavenly vanilla buttercream. Cake ball Bride and Groom toppers are hand crafted and begin the cascade of delicate roses, carnations, and baby's breath.

This cake is very pretty, yes, but just as importantly--it's mouthwateringly delicious! No traditional dried out cake drenched in pasty, overly sweet frosting. Nope.
