I just can't do it--fondant over buttercream? --No way!!! Not on my watch! Buttercream is definitely more difficult to handle, but we're all about style AND flavor. Cakes are meant to be EATEN. Another festive summer is rolling on, and we feel privileged to share in the celebrations serving up sweet mouthfuls of happy! The featured wedding cake is 3 layers of moist, dark chocolate cake coated in chocolate ganache, and covered in our heavenly vanilla buttercream. Cake ball Bride and Groom toppers are hand crafted and begin the cascade of delicate roses, carnations, and baby's breath.

This cake is very pretty, yes, but just as importantly--it's mouthwateringly delicious! No traditional dried out cake drenched in pasty, overly sweet frosting. Nope.

Dark chocolate cake stuffed with red wine raspberry preserves, drizzled with chocolate, REAL raspberry buttercream (best ever), more chocolate drizzle with a fresh raspberry nestled snuggly on top. Although Valentine's Day is shouldered with chocolate and strawberries, here's a scrumptious piece of art that will please the non-chocolatist. The Raspberry Lemonade cupcake is pure magic in your mouth! The lemon cake is moist and dense, and is stuffed with gorgeous red wine raspberry sauce. This little angel is always topped with a fresh red raspberry, finishing the piece like a luscious jewel.

 This luscious, and absolutely sinfully delicious cupcake has been dubbed "Cupid's Curse" by our "Wicked Sisters Name That Cupcake Challenge 2013" winner. It's a dark chocolate cupcake with a red wine strawberry filled center, which is then encapsulated with a layer of dark chocolate glaze, then lightened up with our famous vanilla buttercream frosting, and, to throw this delight into decadence heaven, we complete it with a juicy chocolate covered strawberry.
